Returns
We want the gear to feel right on your bar. If you need help with a return, contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and the correct return address.
Return window
Return requests should be started within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, clean, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Partner-fulfilled items
Some products ship directly from brand or maker partners, so the return address and return instructions can vary by item.
Non-returnable items
Used ceramics, used glassware, opened consumables, final-sale items, and damaged items caused by misuse are not eligible for return.
Return shipping
Original shipping fees may be non-refundable. Return shipping is usually the customer responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Breakage or wrong item
Contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can review the issue quickly.
